I am a fitness trainer that has done this line of work in multiple spaces of exercise. I train both every day people trying to find that time to stay fit and then also athletes who are willing to get to the next level through discipline.

Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but more importantly, the inside! I will make sure your body and mind find the right balance. The substance behind the name “EEC. Exceed. Excel. Conquer.” is succeeding in every aspect of life. Fitness is just a part of the foundation to be able to do that!
Accountability is essential. Through our fitness relationship, I aim to build a sense of accountability within your fitness regimen that will allow you to cultivate a mindset of discipline in order to make sure you get your work in. Tactics include: text messages, phone calls, meal reminders, snack reminders, times to go to bed, and many other helpful assistance methods.
Variety of workout plans
There are so many ways to move your body. In the fitness space, it’s hard to find trainers who consistently have varied movements to keep the workouts new and challenging. From kettlebells to barbells and then to bodyweight exercises, creativity is one of the primary strengths of my services that will allow you to always be continually pushed and uniquely challenged.
